Sparring partner

"We'd like to do X, but what impact would that have?" – "We want to achieve Y, how would you go about it?" – "We've received an enquiry about Z; how should we respond?" In many organisations there is no large online marketing team, yet important decisions have to be made continuously.

As a sparring partner, I advise you on online marketing, online fundraising and social media. You can reach out to me at any time by email or phone with your questions. With my knowledge of your goals and access to the relevant analytics, I am always available to you as an equal.

Coaching

In coaching, I actively support you in implementing your online marketing goals. At the start, we set concrete goals together, which I then pursue supportively over the course of the year. Coaching includes monitoring of results (e.g. search engine ranking, conversion rates, social media performance) and regular reporting.

At fixed intervals we hold review meetings to assess progress and plan the next steps.

Coaching is usually preceded by a strategy workshop or a website relaunch, in which goals are defined and measures are developed. The coaching covers all online marketing activities, but can also focus specifically on certain measures such as social media campaigns or on areas such as SEO or online fundraising.

Interim team lead

Occasionally I take on an interim lead role in online fundraising – whether to cover parental leave or as temporary support during a build-up phase.
