As a consultant and sparring partner, I guide your organization through the strategy development process. Upon request, I can create a customized offer tailored to your organization. A strategic consulting process might look like this:

1. Analysis

First, I develop a comprehensive picture of your current activities and those of your competitors. My external perspective and a data-driven approach from web analytics and, if applicable, fundraising provide valuable insights. Upon request, you'll receive a detailed report in advance.

For a relaunch project, the analysis focuses on website traffic sources and user navigation; for online fundraising, on various touchpoints with potential donors; and for social media, on reach and interactions.

2. Strategy Workshop

The heart of the consulting is a joint strategy workshop involving as many internal stakeholders as possible. After the analysis and an introduction to the topic, we develop a tailored strategy together. Here, I take on the role of a coach who facilitates the process and provides professional support.

After the workshop, I'm happy to help you document the results – whether as specifications for a website relaunch, a comprehensive online strategy, or as a decision paper for the board.

3. Support/Coaching

A strategy workshop is often just the start of a longer process. Depending on your needs, I'm happy to continue supporting you as a contact person for all marketing questions.
